What we are looking for

Candidates must have a passion for working with children and have a desire to become an outstanding early years practitioner. A previous early years qualification is not essential although would be considered desirable.

We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, caring, motivated, pro-active and has a passion for making a difference to Early Years education. The successful candidate would have the opportunity to develop their own practice whilst being supported by a welcoming team who aspire to achieve best outcomes of education and care for children. The suitable candidate would help to input our curriculum, manage children’s routines and work together with families to support each child as an individual; training will be given to achieve in these areas.
