“I just think the whole team at Horizon is brilliant. You run an amazing nursery and I love that I found you. I’ve had a lot of situations where I’ve had to leave my daughter longer or had to add a couple of extra days here and there and needed her to have more emotional support and you’ve all been brilliant at it. She’s coming on leaps and bounds with all she is learning and has formed some lovely friendships which I get to hear all about. The office team are always more than happy to help when I phone in and always ask how I’m doing and have a chat rather than just focusing on why I called which is lovely. The personal touch is what makes this nursery special. I love how much thought and attention goes into running the day to day too. It’s nice to see my daughter finally enjoying some variety in a nursery rather than the same old painting or drawing she used to do in her previous nursery. Thank you for all you do.”
